You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to the User-Generated Content you submit and that such content does not infringe the rights of any third party. vimizococore.mobi is not responsible for any User-Generated Content and does not endorse any opinions expressed therein.

We reserve the right to remove any User-Generated Content that violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable at our sole discretion.

7. Payment Terms

Access to certain features of the services may require payment of fees. By subscribing to our services, you agree to pay all applicable fees as outlined on our website. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

Payment will be processed through a third-party payment processor. You agree to provide accurate and complete payment information and authorize vimizococore.mobi to charge your payment method for the fees incurred. You are responsible for any taxes associated with your use of the services.

We may terminate or suspend your access to the services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the services will immediately cease.

If you wish to terminate your account, you may do so by following the instructions provided on the services. Upon termination, all provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

Termination of your account does not relieve you of any obligations to pay any outstanding fees or charges incurred prior to termination.
